Premium Service

Includes:

• Drain oil from drive, and refill with premium Mercury 90w gear oil
• Pressure test and grease prop. And fittings
• Remove water from motor manifolds
• Flush motor then refill with -50° Freezeban and antifreeze and motor to operating temperature
• Add anticorrosive chemical and water pump lubricant to antifreeze
• Drain oil from motor
• Remove oil filter and fuel/water filter
• Replace oil with 25w40 Mercury premium oil
• Replace all filters
• Fog motor
• Clean flame arrestor
• Spray motor and all electrical with silicone spray
• Check all belts, hoses, and connections for leaks
• Check all fluid levels (if dirty, drain and refill)
• Add fuel stabilizer to gas tank
• Check bilge pump and blower motor fan
• Check all running lights and dash lights
• Free spring start-up and safety check
  

Basic

• Grease prop and all fittings
• Remove water from motor and manifolds
• Fill motor and manifolds with -50° Freezeban antifreeze and run motor to operating temperature
• Drain oil from motor
• Remove oil filter and fuel/water filter
• Replace oil with 25w40 Mercury premium oil
• Replace all filters
• Fog motor and spray with silicon
• Clean all fluid levels
• Add fuel stabilizer to gas tank
• Free spring start-up and safety
  

Winterize Motor and Drive Only

Includes:

• Drain oil from drive then refill with premium Mercury 90w oil
• Grease fittings
• Remove water from motor and manifolds
• Fill motor and manifolds with -50° Freezeban antifreeze then run to operating temperature
• Fog motor and spray with silicone
• Check all fluid levels
• Add fuel stabilizer to tank

Trailer Service

Includes:

• Check wheel bearings and grease needed
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed
• Check trailer tail lamps and hitch assembly
• Grease hitch and trailer jack
• Check all rollers and bunks for damage or cracks
